Job Description: Rehabilitation Unit, Kew • Excellent benefits including salary packaging • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Permanent, Part Time 32 hours per week About the Role The Rehabilitation Unit, Kew is a 20 bed unit specialising in the care of patients who are recovering from orthopaedic, muscoskeletal and neurological conditions/injuries. Care and discharge planning is provided by an inter-disciplinary team which includes the nursing team. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager, in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager, will administer and manage the professional and operational resources of the unit. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, will be responsible for providing mentoring and leadership to the Nursing Team. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager will support and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in achieving specific Key Performance Indicators. Classifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ($106,834.00 - $110,432.10 per annum pro rata).
